Day 4: Tuesday – Last day of ASW

I woke up at 2pm in the afternoon, so we just ended up eating at the Rio Buffet for awhile.

Then it was gambling for a little bit and then watched Cirque Du Soleil’s Zumanity at New York New York.

It was pretty much just about relaxing and recouperating.

Day 5: Wednesday – Aria, Gambling, and the Drive Home

The last day, we checked out and headed over to Aria to check out the architecture and stuff.  Gambled a bit of money and headed home.

The drive was kind of bad because of the crazy weather on the west coast.  It was actually snowing in the desert between Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

Day 2: Sunday – First day of ASW: Meet Market

I got up kind of late, but managed to hit up the meet market in the afternoon.

The meet market is basically a meet and greet of different affiliates, networks and companies in the industry.  I usually come to meet other affiliates and make new connections.  Check it out:

Afterwards, Michael Salwet and I had dinner at Bellagio “Prime” with Ryan Eagle and Victor Mittelman from EWA network.  Got to meet Letien, Steven, and Christian as well.

Then it was off to the Neverblue/Nickycakes/PPC.bz/Plenty of Fish Party!  It was at one of the sky villas at the Palms. It was pretty sick.  Didn’t take too many pictures though…

Affiliate Summit West 2010: Las Vegas Recap Day 1

I survived Affiliate Summit West 2010 in Las Vegas!

Vegas is always a blast, especially at these type of conferences, but I’m glad to be back!  I was there from Saturday, January 17 to Wednesday, January 20.  I drove out with Michael Salwet, John Pangilinan (My brother), Nick Tumbocon and Cherrie Luzon.

Day 1: Saturday – Check-in

I live about 3-4 hours from Las Vegas in Los Angeles, CA so it was a fairly easy drive.  We checked into the Rio and unpack.  We made it!

I only stayed there just so I wouldn’t have to travel back and forth between the convention and the hotel.  At the past 2 affiliate summits, I’ve stayed outside of the conference and it’s kind of a hassle.

Afterwards, I managed to make it to the Rio convention center before 8pm to pick up my ASW pass just so I didn’t have to deal with the lines in the morning.

I had to do a little bit of work before we left, but afterwards, met up with Lorenzo Green, Jason Adams, Nils Friedman for dinner.  Afterwards, we had a little pre-ASW party with a couple shots at iBar and then ended up at the Voodoo Lounge for more drinks at their rooftop bar.  Also partied it up with the infamous Justin Barr of AffBuzz, Tobey Foreman, Alex Tsatkin, Silver Stoltsen, Jen Kiernan, Wes Brooks (and Vanessa), and some other people.

Ended up getting back like at 4am and crashing.

Meetup202 LA Recap and ASW 2010 Las Vegas

We just had our meetup last saturday and we had about 25+ people show up!  We did an icebreaker to make sure that everyone had a chance to meet someone new at the event.  It was an awesome turn out and we had good feedback from the event.

Tatto Media Affiliate Network Breaks Out

There’s been a lot of chatter lately in the blogosphere about the Tatto Media Affiliate Network. Affiliates are crediting their exclusive US and International offers as the reason that Tatto Media is one of the Fastest growing Networks out there.
