The quality of traffic isn't that great over there. Alot of them were technology, and bittorrent related sites. I was basically direct linking to the CPA Offer. Usually remnant traffic will be cheaper than an ad networks normal rate. Also, some sites will sell their remnant traffic to ad networks.
