New Affiliate Managers? Again?

I don’t know about you guys, but affiliate managers seem to turnover like hotcakes! Over the past year, I’ve seen my affiliate managers change several times across different CPA networks like in Clickbooth, NeverBlueAds, and MaxBounty. I’ve had the same affiliate manager in AzoogleAds for awhile so it’s nice to see that he’s stable there.
NeverBlueAds is kind of weird too. I just received 2 managers - a business development manager and an affiliate manager. One of them already disappeared and got replaced by a new one.
It might be because I haven’t really played with the CPA Networks in awhile, but I guess I’m getting passed around like salt and pepper on a dinner table.
Anyone experience the same things?
